Generally speaking, what’s rational (i.e., economically, ethically, politically, professionally and personally), for us to consider from a health policy perspective when we logically consider what’s “fair” when factoring in the potentially conflicting perspectives of the various key groups that make up our healthcare policy system (e.g., providers, patients, insurers, employers and federal and state governments)? Basically, from an individual and societal perspective what factors should be considered when determining what’s "fair" and how did you come to that determination when examining healthcare policies (should the principle of being "fair" need always to be considered anyways)?
