Report title: Identify, explain and evaluate the mostinfluential external environment factors on the ..industry.
The report willidentify, explain and evaluate the most influential external environmentfactors that are impacting upon and affecting the management, operation andperformance of organisations in an industry of your choice.
Analyticalframeworks to apply:
PESTLE (macro environmentfactors) is the key one to use in this report and will help you createan effective structure to the analysis.
You may also need to refer toor apply: Stakeholder analysis and/or micro-environment analysis (e.g.competition) to make effective explanations, examples and analyses.
Guidance:
Choose an industry and ensureyou can define it effectively and clearly and whether organisations within arein the public, private or voluntary sector.
Ensure you use the reportformat and structure as show below.
For higher marks you must domore than describe an external environmental factor. You must explain it, assess the way ifaffects an industry and provide evidence of its impact. This means you need to include appliedexamples from different organisations within an industry.
You must provide supportingevidence for your analyses and academic content. This will need to be referenced using theHarvard Referencing style. Citationswill be in the text (in the report) and a list of references will be providedat the end. This is a reference list orbibliography.
To demonstrate your researchand choice of suitable of information and academic content, you will include aminimum of five appropriate sources.
