2) Explain what this practice of diligent awareness during that moment or event produced. Did it increase the intensity of your feeling, thoughts, bodily states? Or did it reduce the intensity?
3) Why do you think the Buddha prescribed this practice of Right Mindfulness for those who are seeking freedom from ‘thirst’/craving/attachment? Explain.
