Hofstede is a well-known researcher that has built a model of cultural differences by which you can compare different countries along five dimensions. These dimensions can be researched at his website, Hofstede Insights. 

For this discussion, find a global company with employees in more than one country. Briefly summarize the type of organization and its main mission and vision. Identify two countries in which the organization has employees and using the Hofstede , explore the differences between the countries on Hofstedes six cultural dimensions.
