interview an older nurse in person (preferred) or by phone. The older nurse can be someone who is retired or has been a nurse for more than 10 years. During your interview, you will ask questions to compare nursing then and now. Then you will write up your interview summary and add some of your own thoughts at the end reflecting on the interview and some of the differences/similarities between nursing then & now .
