The Self Deception Process includes four items:
Instinct to do right
Not acting on the instinct to do right (self betrayal)
making it someone elses fault that you did not act
falsely believing that ones moral principal were upheld
take a look at the four ideas/processes as outlines by the Leadership and Self Deception book and Identify the potential or real conflicts you faced. Include in your paper the moral principals that were at stake, the extent of your sphere of influence, the values conflicts, and how you priortized them to resolve the conflict. lastly include the resolution, planned or attempted, to the conflict
