In your Week 3 research paper the focus is on the Macroenvironment of the industry, your company works in. Reviewing Chapters 3, 10, and 11 of your textbook might be helpful. Your goal is to identify opportunities and threats that are present in the industry (not the company). Each category should have a discussion of opportunities and threats! ALL six factors have to be addressed!
Again, you are analyzing the macroenvironment! These are six factors that affect the industry and, as a result, your company. So, the whole industry, as well as your company, has to react to the threats and opportunities coming from these six factors. Yet, your company cannot directly influence these factors.
