The aim of reading notes is to help you read critically and actively to be engaged in the work. You will find thistool essential in graduate school so it is here we begin the habit. The reading notes will be measured usingthe level-five evaluation criteria. 

Grading Criteria:
Level 5: Excellence (superior critical thinking, outstanding, highestquality, brilliant) (100%) 
Level 4: Good (strong, proficient, good quality) (80%) 
Level 3: Standard (complete, acceptable quality, on time, passing) (70%) 
Level 2: Poor (incomplete, late, poor quality, potentially unacceptable) (60%)
Level 1: Failing (not submitted, no effort, drop the course). (<60%)

Format: 
  • Two-page maximum
  • Single space, block format, justified margins, 10-point font 
  • APA bibliographic citation of the work as your title 
  • Use the bold subheadings below to segment your narrative
Content: 
  • Thesis identify the central lesson the author is trying to teach 
  • Central pillars define and discuss at least three major learning outcomes
  • Discussion reflection on the books impact on the future manager
