Read p. 66 – 75 of Linton, Madigan and Johnson’s article “Introducing Students to Disciplinary Genres: The Role of the General Composition Course.”

Examine the EBSCO, JSTOR and/or Project Muse databases to locate academic journals in your selected fields of study. Alternatively, seek out hard copies of the journals in the library.
