The purpoe of this final paper is for you to draw on the supervisory content that we have reviewed over the course of this semester and apply it your academic/career path. Based on what you learned from this course about the characteristics, techniques and skillset of effective supervisors, what are your strengths and weaknesses that would assist or hinder you in becoming a successful supervisor? Brainstorm and create a separate list for each.
Reflect on your lists and prioritize your top three strengths and top three weaknesses. How did you come to possess each one? How can you ensure that you will be able to maintain your strengths as you work on completing this your degree? Be specific.
Select one opportunity for growth to work on improve on next year, which one would it be, and what specifically can you do to make strides in this area? Reference at least two concepts of your choice from the course. Also, sleect one strength and discuss how it has/will serve you in a successful management position. Define the concepts you have chosen and provide an example as to how you would apply the concept as a supervisor in the workplace as part of your discussion.
