Political decisions in society
Analyze the following statement:
Political institutions “are involved with the exercise of power, understood as “the ability of an individual or social group to be obeyed by a recipient” (Lpez Durn and Gallardo Cano, 2017, p. 112). This implies that rulers use power to make decisions. In the context of democracy, this power can be explained as the ability that the people give to an individual or group to make decisions on their behalf.
Based on that principle write a reflective paragraph for each of the following questions (each paragraph must have a minimum of eight sentences and one reference per answer)
1. How political decisions can affect the behavior of people in society?
2. Mention and explain two current examples of how political decisions affect society.
