The limitation that I choose is impeachment. Impeachment is when a member has broken the laws of misconduct and its integrity. Though it has different steps that has to be taken and it has to be passed by the House of Representatives first. I think without the impeachment law the President could abuse his power because there would not be any consequences for his behavior. By keeping the limitation in place, it helps create structure for the president and helps him to identify that just because he is the president, that does not mean that he can treat people unfairly and it would hold him accountable to the laws and the people. Congress role in the impeachment of a president is to investigate the allegations and to approve the nomination to a Federal judge to handle or allow the House to make the decision based on a majority rules vote.
