You are entitled to a 100% refund if:

• Your order was not delivered by the deadline
• The delivered work does not match the order requirements after revision attempts
• You cancel your order before a writer is assigned
• We are unable to find a qualified writer for your order
• Duplicate payment was made by mistake

Partial Refund Cases

A partial refund may be issued if:

• The order is partially completed (refund proportional to incomplete portion)
• The deadline was missed but the work is still usable
• You cancel after work has begun but before completion
• The delivered work requires minor revisions that weren't addressed

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

• You approved and downloaded the completed work
• You provided incorrect or incomplete order instructions
• You failed to respond to writer questions within required timeframes
• You request a refund after the revision period has expired
• The order was flagged for policy violations

How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your account and go to the order in question
2. Click "Request Refund" and select your reason
3. Provide any supporting documentation
4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
• PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
• Store credit can be issued instantly as an alternative
