Mediation recordings plays a significant role in reducing anxiety for patients while recovering from surgery. For this reason, I have selected an educational event to increase
knowledge about Evidence Based Practice models while facilitating the selection of a model appropriate for the organization. Replicating Effective Programs framework for implementing this intervention due to numerous benefits, such as maximization of fidelity that allows flexibility. I will outline the utilization of Replicating Effective Programs framework and implementation requirements to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of mediation recordings in our healthcare facility.

To ensure effective implementation of mediation recordings, I will employ Replicating Effective Programs framework (Schaefer et al., 2019). This framework entails pre-implementation, which will incorporate educational seminars to enhance knowledge about meditation recording to facilitate the selection of a model appropriate for the organization. Consequentially, I will engage the organization to develop the package, conduct intervention training, technical help, and evaluate to prepare this intervention for implementation (Movsisyan et al., 2019). Moreover, I will involve the community working organization to help me interpret feedback from the evaluation process.

As a bedside nurse, maintaining this change will involve organizational transformation to sustain the proposed meditation recording, such as training staff and securing funding. To support the work of Morgan et al. (2018) on maintaining and sustaining healthcare interventions, I will develop a billable service depending on the critical elements associated with meditation recordings. Also, I will ensure the publicization of results on enhanced outcomes.
