V.A. Leonard founded Alpha Phi Sigma in 1942. The V.A. Leonard Scholarship was established in 1982 in honor andrecognition of Dr. Leonards leadership and hard work in the field of Criminal Justice.
This Scholarship is based onacademic achievement, professional recommendations, and extracurricular activities. The recipients will receive ascholarship of $2,000 and a certificate.
