As the Managing Director of the (https://www.hotelhermitage.sporthotels.ad) in the principality of Andorra and reporting to theBoard of Directors, you have been tasked with reorganizing the entire businessfor the following:
1. Strategicplan to partner with a large hotel chain: As the Managing Director of thehotel, it is up to you to present two potential hotel companies that would takeover the management and reservations. A short research on the hotel itself, thecountry its located and the potential competition should be followed with aselection of the two prospective hotel company and the reason behind yourchoice to partner with them.
2. TheBoard has decided that they no longer want the hotel to operate all thedifferent outlets and would rather partner with outsourced companiesspecialized in their field, to take over the management of certain outletswhile renting out the space to them and taking on a commission of the profit.
