in Module 1.
This module introduced you to the different ways cultures define or measure time, race, ethnicity, privilege, prejudice, and stereotypes. In this discussion, you will have the freedom to choose one or more of these constructs and apply what you have learned to your own experiences and to a current event.
- Discuss something you have experienced at the workplace or among friends or family members that support or refutes what you have learned in the module readings about relationships with individuals from diverse populations.
- Find and upload a link to an article that deals with time, race, ethnicity, privilege, prejudice, or stereotypes in relation to conflict from a news article. Apply what you have learned from the readings and then recommend ways the conflict could have been resolved or at the very least managed.
Each Discussion post should include the following:
- Answer each part of the question.
- Incorporate vocabulary, definitions and ideas from the readings and lectures.
- Provide at least one reference from the course materials using APA formatting.
- Integrate relevant insight and experiences explaining how these ideas can be applied into your own life, work, or world events.
- Use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
