Create an outline / proposal for the unit plan you will turn in at the end of the course. Include the following:
- Grade level
- State content standards to be covered
- Unit introduction – One paragraph
- Unit summative assessment idea
- Four Lesson topics and objectives
- Lesson topics should address the theme of your unit. For example, my 4th grade unit is going to focus on the following topics of the American Revolution:
- Lesson 1: Background: Life in England’s 13 Colonies

- Lesson 3: Leaders: Exploring Washington, Franklin and Hamilton
