Have fun! Last discussion, we discussed meals on the road. This week, we will discuss options for pre and post exercise recipes. Following Nancy Clark’s recommendations, pick a particular sport or activity and develop a pre and post exercise food. I know some of you do not cook, and your athlete may not have that option available. If that is the case, state that in your discussion and provide the food you would recommend both before and after the exercise or competition. Be sure to provide the analysis of the recipe and or food. Also, provide the time the athlete should consume your selected foods.
