One of the Pew studies I had you read was regarding demographic trends that will be influencing the US and the world in the not-too-distant future. For this week’s discussion, I would like to hear from each of you on your thoughts regarding this study and how the findings could influence your own media industry or others.

You may choose instead to write about how the pandemic/lockdowns have influenced audience behavior: One of the demographic trends we keep seeing is related to our increased use of technology, specifically social media. Do you believe that these trends are going to persist once things "go back to normal" (whatever that means) or do you think that once given the ability to return to our previous way of living, we’ll shed this technology?
