There is a lot of debate about the efficacy of Trigger Point Therapy and even the existence of trigger points in general. 

Discussion Question 1: While reading the article, think about Mr. Ingrahams and your ideas on why there is not an agreement on trigger points and Trigger Point Therapy. Talk about one of these reasons.

Discussion Question 2: Mr. Ingraham tells a story under the ultimate trigger point anecdote section of the article. Discuss anecdotal evidence to argue the effectiveness of something. (It doesnt have to be massage or pain related.) Why should we care about this as massage therapists?
