Please find attached a word document that describes the guidelines/requirements of assignment #2 for the “Introduction to Leadership Studies” course + 4 readings required for this assignment + one document that includes examples of this assignment to have an idea about how this assignment should be done. This assignment is 4 paragraphs. Each paragraph is 250 – 300 words (one page each). It’s similar to the previous assignment. No need to add a cover page or a reference page. You will refer to the reading on the top of the paragraph, and each paragram will cover one reading. Just focus on one main approach/model/theory from each reading, start the paragraph with a quote from the reading with citation, then write about the idea/approach/theory.
Please follow the examples, and look for important facts and/or statistics from the readings and include them to support the argument. Please read the guidelines/requirements carefully, and follow them. In the assignment guidelines page, I added the same clear example at the end of the page. I highlighted each part of it in a different color. The first color represents the main idea/a significant sentence, the second color why it’s important, the following color provides details, the following color speaks about cons and pros, then provide an example, and the last color provides real example/application of the idea .. etc.
Each paragraph will cover the main idea/model/approach/theory from one of the 4 readings. (4 paragraphs for 4 readings, one paragraph for each reading). Please make sure that the assignment is plagiarism-free through Turnitin.
