Literary work’s meaning—explain how the work reflects the theme of conformity and rebellion, how the events of the literary work are significant for its meaning, and any other information that you and your sources feel is essential for understanding the work. 3. Writer’s literary technique—identify three of the writer’s literary techniques and explain how they are related to the work’s meaning. Cite information from your research on each slide in which it is used. (2-3 slides)
4. Works Cited—In addition to ethically citing your sources with parenthetical citations within the presentation, you must also create a Works Cited page in MLA style at the end of the PowerPoint. (1 slide)
Evaluating the Assignment
The informative Power Point is evaluated based on the information’s accuracy, its relevance for understanding the author’s life and literary work, the clarity of the information’s presentation, and the ethical citation of at least three authoritative research sources.
