There are many examples of positive and negatie climate feedback variables in our environment. A climate feedback variable is a process that can either positively or negatively impact the effects of climate forcings. Climate forcings are energy imbalances forced on climate system by human activities or are externally forced.
One example of a climatic feedback variable is the human contribution to deforestation. Humans are continually tearing down trees to build new homes and buildings and they are forgetting that the trees contribute so much to our enviroment. Trees store carbon and when they are torn down, the carbon particles are released into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide gasses. This contributes to the climate change by increasing the amount of greenhouses gasses in the atomosphere that we need to survive. Gases emitted into the atmosphere as greenhouse gases and emissions from industries are responsible for global warming. Deforestation would be considered a negative climatic feedback variable because it contributes negatively to climate change. Humans need to take responsibility for their actions that are contributing to climate change.
