Research the Virtual Library Business Database to find one scholarly article about the impact of either leadership styles or behaviors on organizational performance. You can use a search engine such as Bing or Google instead of our Virtual Library, but be sure to include the term “peer reviewed” as part of your search string.
- Summarize the article you found and compare either a leadership style or behavior described in the article to one that you experience at your workplace.
- Explain what you believe would make leaders at your company more effective.
- Include in your discussion whether or not negotiation is an important leadership competence and why.
