This paper must be the final version of your A Pertinent Issue in Real Estate Law: Rough Draft of Final Research Paper assignment from Week 3. It should conclude the work you started in Week 3 on one topic from the course that interests you most. As a reminder, possible topics to choose from include the following:

Regardless of the selected topic, your paper must

Analyze the real estate issue involved, presenting both sides of the particular real estate issu
Discuss the federal, state, and local laws that may be applicable in resolving your real estate issue.
Develop two recommendations on how the real estate issue can be resolved, using either actual cases or your own real-life examples to support your analysis.

The Pertinent Issues in Real Estate Law final paper

Must be eight to 10 double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style (Links to an external site.) as outlined in the University of Arizona Global Campus Writing Center’s APA Formatting for Microsoft Word (Links to an external site.).
Must include a separate title page with the following:
Title of paper in bold font
Space should be between title and the rest of the information on the title page.
Student’s name
Name of institution (University of Arizona Global Campus)
Course name and number
Instructor’s name
Due date
Must utilize academic voice. See the Academic Voice (Links to an external site.) resource for additional guidance.
Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.

Must use at least five scholarly sources in addition to the course text.
