2. Write a 1500-1750 word essay discussing:
• An explanation of what NBCTE standards are and how these standards are used as a driving force in the field of education
• An analysis of each descriptor (1.1-1.6) and how each can be conveyed in the learning environment to address the needs of special children
• A reflection on writing the activity plans from your table in Step 2. What challenges did you have? Where do you see service providers assisting you with the lesson or planning process
