Position Title: Part-Time Fitness Facilitator

What you will do:
  • Be a point person that members and team members are comfortable approaching for whatever they need.
  • Maintain a beautiful space; cleaning equipment, towel-washing/display, tidy locker rooms, retail sales and other front desk attendant responsibilities deemed necessary by Fitness Center management.
  • Welcome and assist all residents and members in a friendly and professional manner.  Greeting members with an enthusiastic and energizing vibe an inspiration for wellness.
  • Contribute to the team, the member experience and the club to create a better community.
What you should have:
  • The ability to connect and engage with others and communicate efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer service and customer facing experience.
  • Knowledge of the health, fitness and/or wellness industry.
  • Basic computer skills and technology knowledge.
  • desire to grow and take on ever-increasing responsibility.

We arent perfect, but we will try to set very clear expectations, always let you know where you stand, and do everything in our power to help you get where you want to go. We dont have any best place to work awards, but that will change soon. Just watch.
