I have written a paper about platforming a part of a company, but the paper needs a lot of wrok ( I will attach 2 instruction documents and the draft)
What is needed
1-A fresh look at the whole paper and changes where necessary based on the instructions, additional market data and understanding of platforms
2-The paper is 7 pages long, It needs to go down to 5 pages to 5.5 max ( each are maximum length is in the instructions)
3-4 exhibits are needed ( not pictures) I’ve some but would like to change and enhance them
4-The paper needs ore focus on insights, why is this platform better than computers, what is the main 1-2 value propositions (reduce cost, improve convince. customer experience, variety) we can have up to 3, but I focused on 2.
5-The section on value capture bit and strategy analysis is extremely important.
6-Overall the paper needs to be crisper and more focused.
