A Summary Response is designed to help you read, annotate, write about, and discuss readings in college. A summary outlines the what of a text. A response is your opinion of what you have read.
Topic
Take one of the articles you are using for your research essay, and write a brief (300 word) summary response of your article. Be sure to comment on at least one of your peers summary responses (200 words).
Paragraph 1 Introduction (5-6 sentences)

Introduce your subject by using the author, article, and source (who, what, where).

Give a short synopsis of the article

Write a clear thesis for your essay and place it at the end of the introduction. Your thesis will be a summary of the thesis of the artifact you have chosen to write about. (For example: In Sorensons article, he implies )
