Project Execution Plan shall include the following – Bidder shall demonstrate an understanding of the generalized scope of the Work, including a narrative discussing the construction execution strategy for completing the Work. Bidder shall set forth how it proposes to accomplish this Work in accordance with their proposed Fixed Price and Work schedule while maintaining safety, quality and minimizing disruptions to the existing operating facility. Bidder shall address the methodology, techniques, processes, and types of equipment it proposes to use. Bidders are encouraged to identify any unique or special construction methods that would be utilized to perform the Work. Bidders should also identify risks to the success of the project that have been identified and any proposed solutions to mitigate those risks. **If Bidder has exceptions to the Eversource Technical Specifications included in this Sourcing Event, please include in this response. If none are attached here, Eversource will conclude that your proposal meets all required specifications.
