Already have written the introduction as such: “With the name ‘hyangga’ we describe a group of poems that date from the Shilla by 57 B.C.E – 935 C.E.) and Koryŏ periods, which were transcribed in the hyangch’al orthographic system; a system which used Chinese ideograms phonetically and semantically to represent Korean sounds. To this day not many have survived as officially only twenty-five pieces remain. These are divided in fourteen from the Samguk yusa (Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms) and eleven from the Kyunyŏ chŏn (Life of Master Kyunyŏ). Hyanggas are structured as 4-line, 8-line or 10-line poems and are often found within prose narratives; these featuring folk characteristic such as the supernatural and popular religion. In this paper I will analyse these characteristic in three of the twenty-five hyangga: “The Story of Lady Suro,” “Ch’ŏyong and Manghae Temple,” and “King Mu”, with reference to content, form and function”

Some information is written in the document attached.
