Film Club Assignment

 

Directions: You will watch one of the films presented below. Ultimately, you will create a review of the film (in the style of an essay, blog post, newspaper article, graphic novel, poetry book, zine, etc.). You will submit your review to a dropbox on iLearn.

 

Requirements:

  1. Watch one of the following films:

  1. Choose a specific medium (e.g., a blog post, an essay, poetry book, zine, etc.) for your review. Create a review of the film in the style of your chosen medium. 

 

    1. Your review must incorporate research from at least three sources. One of those sources must be a scholarly journal article or book. Your sources might not explicitly be about your chosen film, but should relate to the film and/or your review in some way. Consider relating the film to something that we have talked about in class.
