Your final paper MUST BE 5 FULL pages, NO LESS THAN 5 PAGES and NO MORE THAN 7 PAGES PLEASE.
You must have at least 2 socio-scientific peer reviewed journal articles from 2010-Present; after those 2, you can use whatever other sources you’d like (newspaper articles, blog, the textbook, articles we used in class, etc.) as long as they are in APA format in your reference page.

- Thesis/Essay Map
- 2-3 sentences outlining the rest of your paper for the reader
You need subtitles.
You need transition sentences between each of these subsections.
You need a cited definition for Gentrification (please do not include this in your introduction paragraph)
You need a SEPARATE reference page where you list all of your sources (no need to annotate it).
You must include AT LEAST 5-7 in-text citations in APA FORMATTING: you may use 2 block quotes (but your paper must then be more than 5 pages). You may use two paraphrased quotes; the rest must be direct quotes.
