The Museum of London is an award-winning, charitable institution funded by a variety of organisations and individuals including the City of London Corporation and GLA. The Museum of London tells the story of the capital from its first settlers to modern times and is visited by over 1 million people each year. As well as being a museum, it is also a unique venue which hosts a variety of daytime and evening events in the heart of the city (Museum of London, 2019).
Within a briefing document format answer the following two tasks:
Questions
1.Assess the current external environment which impacts the Museum of London in the context of its events. Make one recommendation of how the museum can develop its sales and marketing strategies in relation to this environment
2.Identify a solution to one specific barrier or challenge the Museum of London currently face
3.Ability to identify one solution to a barrier the museum currently face.
4.Review the external environment analysis performed in task 1 and look for solutions to one of these barriers / challenges
