- Decide on your central idea
- Make decisions based on evaluating your audience and the virtual oral recording and timed situation
- Decide on 3-4 main ideas that relate to and support your Central idea
- Decide on supporting material that relates to and supports your Main Ideas
- Decide on an organizational pattern and organize your presentation
- Create your Formal Outline. (This is not submitted)
- Create your Speaking outline. (This is the submission for Part I of assignment 11.)
- Make decisions for your use of vocal delivery emotions for the different parts of your speech
- Decide on delivery cues and include them in the Speaking Outline
- Deliver / record your speech
