An Overview of the Microbial World
Review Chapters 1, 3, 4, & 5 and the included lecture slides for this week.
In order to prepare for the discussion this week, you will need to read through the chapters listed above and gain a general understanding of the material. While you are reading, be sure and make a note of any difficult terms, topics, and analogies from the text. It is recommended that you “pull out” any terms you do not understand and develop study materials (flash cards, notes, etc.) to help clarify the topics.
Part 1 Initial Post:
Develop a 150- 200 word post on 1-2 topics of the assigned readings. In this initial post please include the following:
- A quick summaryof the topic that seems to be the most difficult to understand OR a topic that you think others would have difficulty understanding.
- Ask ONE (1) clarifying question about the difficult topic.
Part 2 Response Posts:
