Using the company in the previous discussion post, this assignment requires you to create the job description and specification for your multinational organization. Job Description: describes what is details of the position in regards duties and responsibilities. Job Specification: describes the ideal person and the qualities they must possess to fulfill the job description. Using this website gives you a full description, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and average salary for ANY job in ALL fields. On this assignment you will include the following:
1. Name of the position you are creating.
2. The city, domestically and internationally, in which the position will be carried out.
3. The salary for each position based on the location.
4. Fully detailed job description and specification for each location.
This should be completed with research and each city’s job posting should be at least one page in length.
