PART ONE
Describe the approach taken by Amazon to managing people in the UK. Align the approach taken by Amazon to managing people with at least one of the concepts covered on the module and explain why
•A- In this section you might dedicate a few hundred words to describing Amazon and its business model – please remember, however, that the assignment is focused on managing people so please do not dedicated too many words to background material.
•B- Describe Amazon as an employer in the UK: what kind of staff does the firm employ and how are they managed (here, you should identify the pay and working conditions and consider employee skill levels and the labour market for this kind of work).
•C- Apply TWO concepts we have covered on the module in order to explain the approach taken by Amazon to managing people. Here you might want to explain Amazon’s approach according to systems of people management such as scientific management (Tylors ideas) , and (Bureaucracy). Remember that you must also explain why you have assigned a particular concept in terms of how Amazon manages people. •B- Better answers will consider alternative forms of managing people that might be more appropriate considering the Amazon business model and the UK context for employment.
• Very good answers will align alternatives with concepts we have covered on the module.

LIKE a brief introduction telling ahat the essay it says so i think you can leave it till the end so you can write a really good
introduction so you will no need to a conclusion in the end of the essay.
this assignment is not a SWAT analysis , so please avoid using too mush words words about how amazon develop and
how it start it out, or what a perfect business it is ( they not interested in this) hhh
JUST, a brief intro including what is Amazon? and they do? but as i mentioned that we have to focus on the amazon in
the UK, Wales Fabian way ( you can google it and see it) that is all for part A
