Question One

Anxiety disorder is one of the common disorders I have come across. This order is of interest because, I have seen people most of whom are friends, workmate and distance relatives who possess it. Secondly, to the perception that everyone feels anxious now and then it can occur to anyone. For example, when you feel nervous faced with a problem at work, before taking a test or even making an important decision. We all feel that anxiousness and therefore, it is not only for special people to have rather, anyone can be a victim over the same.

Question Two

Currently, I know that anxiety disorder is one of the common disorders among people. Some of the types associating with this disorder include; panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, a generalized anxiety disorder. Symptoms associated with this disorder include; panic, fear, and uneasiness. Patients also have a problem of sleep, not being able to stay calm and still, cold which is associated with sweaty and numbs on the hands or feet. There are other cases where they express shortness of breath, heart palpitation, dry mouth, and nausea. When comes to causes, I do not know precisely what causes anxiety disorder. But I have heard people associating it with stress and also genes in form inheritance. When comes to treatment, I only know of medication, for instance, escitalopram and fluoxetine and lastly psychotherapy where cognitive behavioral therapy has been mostly used to people with an anxiety disorder.

Question Three

Yes, many people suffer from an anxiety disorder. They have the above characteristic for instance sleeping problem, dizziness, and tense muscles. This case is common. I have a case whereby; my friend was removing hair from the head in the name of cooling herself down. She had also nausea and swollen muscles. This was bad since she could not even stay alone. Such symptoms are very diecasting to handle and it needs attention to help them.
