A clear trend exists for airports creating income from non-aeronautical revenue streams and real estate projects. The combined effect of location and people traffic create business cases for shopping malls and office spaces. The following Marking Scheme has been adopted from The University of Exeter – Department of Psychology for use within UNSW Aviation.
