Partnership Response 1
Response 1 is your critique of phase 1 and 2 for the adopted project. Students are required to post a response to the adopted project thread and also submit to
the LMS for evaluation.
The two requirements for this assignment, which shall be labeled as subheadings, are:
1) Constructive professional and supportive feedback and assistance with critique of selected project.
Initially, you should be evaluating the title, problem statement, overall goal, evidence of completion, and planned objectives, demonstrating how well you
comprehend the concepts. Ask yourself: How well does it meet the expectations in the rubric? What suggestions can you offer? Is the problem statement
clear, or is it missing something? Does it address who, what, where, why, and how? Is the evidence of completion complete? Is the goal well written? Does it
have all the components: condition, who, performance, and criterion; if not, what changes can you offer? Can the performance be properly evaluated for the
criterion selected? Are the project planned objectives solid? Have they overlooked a possible objective, etc.? Essentially, you are helping to make sure they
are on the right track and avoid any surprises. This is similar to when you complete a review of the literature; you are using all your critical reflection and
critical thinking skills. In addition, this allows faculty to evaluate your comprehension of key project management principles.
2) Share relevant and meaningful information, helpful literature, websites,etc( at least three sources)
Find resources that will help enhance the project. Inform the project manager why the resource will aid the project. What makes the resource especially
important? Share your own professional experiences as they relate to project. Again, faculty is evaluating your ability to critically think, not just for your
project, but a peer project too.

1- See attached (PHASE 1 AND 2 NICOLE MORGAN word document) this 2 documents must be critiqued using information above (MAKE SURE YOU ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS ABOVE)
2-See another word document with the partnership project GUIDELINESS that must be followed.
3-See also attached the PARTNERSHIP RESPONSE EXAMPLE. Please use it for the paper format, and that is how the paper must look.
4-See attached the document (phase 1 and 2 guidelines) Please, use them to answer question 1(How well does it meet the expectations in the rubric? What suggestions can you offer?)
5- Write a 2 APA style response that contains at least 3 peer reviewed sources to support the critique.
6-I am a critical nurse (ICU nurse), and I work in a medical ICU (COVID unit). Please use that to answer the question in POINT 2 about (Share your own professional experiences as they relate to project).
