Mobile Devices

One technique for designing a website to work on various devices, screen sizes, etc, is to use what is referred to as a “responsive design”. That is where you use CSS to cause the HTML page to dynamically change depending on the size of the window. So the same HTML page would look much different when viewing on a mobile device than it would when viewing on large monitor. To see some examples of websites that use responsive design, check out the following: http://www.awwwards.com/websites/responsive-design/

As you look at it, grab the corner of your browser and slowly resize your browser smaller and smaller and watch how the page changes. Cool Stuff!
