- The role and structure of clinical supervision
Reflect on your practice experiences by discussing policies, procedures, and/or practices that your practicum site uses to align with both ethical practice and multi-cultural counseling competencies.

- What steps are taken to ensure that these practices are in concordance with evidence-based practice in the peer-reviewed literature, along with well-established, theoretical frameworks for practice?
- What role has clinical supervision played in your professional development thus far?
- How have psychological theories and concepts intersected with your application of clinical skills in the areas of: maintaining clinical records, intakes, assessments, treatments, maintaining notes and charts, and team work
