Organize your presentation in the same way you organized the memo you wrote for the written assignment. Therefore, you will likely have the following sections:

Agenda (this is your agenda of what you will be speaking about)

Research (as many as needed)
Conclusion
Questions
Creating Your Slides
You only have 5 minutes, so keep your slides to a minimum and go through them quickly.
Refer to the lecture on Principles for Effective PowerPoint Design.
Include:
A cover/title slide with the topic, your name, and the date.
A title at the top of each slide.
Bullet points with phrases, not full sentences, to support the slide topic.
Parallel structure on your bullet points.
Charts/graphs from your written report. (Clearly explain their significance when presenting.)
Dont just cut and paste the charts and graphs. If they dont transfer to your slides clearly, youll need to recreate them. You will lose points if they cannot be read or if they are blurry.
If youre not done in 5 minutes, Ill have to stop you, which will affect your final grade. Why? Businesspeople are busy. They always have another meeting to attend. How do you make sure youll end on time? Practice.
