Good ideas to share. To add to our discussion, improving processes and procedures is the only way to stay competitive. Without changing, an organization will fall behind to its competitors. Second, I learned that change takes time. Learning something new may create short-term failure but if you stick with it long enough this could result in long term success for the organization. Focusing on the bigger picture rather than the smaller picture is important. Finally, I learned the importance of proper training when implementing a new change. Employees must be set up for success through proper training. Training is the only way to ensure a smooth transition when it comes to organizational change. Do you agree?
