For section A, I have chosen the Human Caring Theory by Jean Watson.
I work in a step-down unit setting with heart and vascular patients who get open heart surgery and elective heart exploratory catheterizations, patients with strokes, and COVID patients. This paper allows the use of “I”, “mine” (for example) and can be personalized.

Florence Nightingale’s contribution of clean/sanitized conditions in hospitals/wards to promote a higher rate of healing is something I use in my nursing practice each day.
Secion C: I hold a nursing license in the state of California
Section G: common nursing error is medication error, improper documentation, falling accidents
Section H: the four leadership qualities I’d like to emphasize are–Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Mentorship, and Communication skills
