There are four kinds of responsibility: individual responsibility (e.g. Kant), shared responsibility (Virginia Held), collective responsibility (Iris Marion Young), and group responsibility (Tracy Isaacs). Group responsibility argues that a highlyorganized group, like the corporation Wells Fargo, is a moral agent in its own right. The actions of the corporation are not reducible to its individual members because of the way in which corporate decisions come about through multilevel and complex decision procedures and often not reflect the preferred decisions of individual members.
