Write a function called capitalize that returns a capitalized version of a string that contains a text message. The string should be passed as a parameter to your function. Your capitalize function should be placed in a file called Capitalize.py. There are three rules for capitalizing a string, and these rules will be completed in the following three parts.
To complete part 1 you must edit your capitalize function so that the first character in the string is capitalized (e.g., hello friend should become Hello friend).
To complete part 2 you must edit your capitalize function so that if the string contains a ‘.’, or a ‘!’, or a ‘?’ and is followed by a space and then another letter, that letter should be capitalized (e.g., we are done! are you? yes indeed. great fun. should become We are done! Are you? Yes indeed. Great fun.)
To complete part 3 you must edit your capitalize function so that if the string contains an i that is both proceeded and followed by a space, the i should be replaced with a capital I (e.g., we are done and i like that! should become We are done and I like that!).
