meditationrecordings are instrumental in reducing anxiety for patients while recovering fromsurgery. As such, incorporating meditation recordings in treatment programs forpatients post-surgery qualifies as a reliable evidence-based practice thatshould be capitalized. For this reason, I have selected aneducational event to increase
knowledge about Evidence Based Practice models while facilitating the selectionof an intervention model appropriate for the organization. To ensure effectiveimplementation of mediation recordings, I will employ the Replicating EffectivePrograms framework to capitalize on numerous benefits such as maximization offidelity that allows flexibility guaranteed (Schaefer et al., 2019).

I will outline the systematicutilization of Replicating Effective Programs framework as well as itsimplementation requirements. Adhering to this systematic process forimplementation will guarantee effective and efficient incorporation ofmeditation recordings in our healthcare facility. The framework commences withthe pre-implementation phase which incorporates educational seminars to enhanceknowledge and create awareness on meditation recordings as a feasibleevidence-based practice. Post the pre-implementation phase, there is need toengage the community in collaborative efforts to develop the package, conductintervention training, technical help and evaluation to prepare theintervention for implementation (Movsisyan et al., 2019).

Implementation for the interventionwill be affected by practitioners such as bedside nurses which places aresponsibility on them for successful intervention. Particularly, there will beneed for organizational transformation through staff training and securingfunds to sustain the proposed incorporation of meditation recordings intreatment programs. In line with this, there is needs to develop a billableservice depending on the critical elementsassociated with meditation recordings as proposed by Morgan et al. (2018).In evaluating success of the intervention, there is need for communityinvolvement to help interpret feedback. More so, community involvement byincreasing transparency through publicization of results on enhanced outcomeswill be imperative.
